Be a part of our nationwide Shabbat dinner experience in honor of Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s independence day. Homes & Communities from coast to coast will be filled with friends and families all bound by our unwavering support for Israel. Join Beth Am and enjoy our Campfire Shabbat Service followed by a delicious Shabbat dinner, celebrate Yom Ha'Atzmaut, Israel's Independence Day, and learn about Jewish National Fund-USA.

Highlights

Campfire Shabbat Service (6:00 PM): Gather around for a unique and heartwarming Campfire Shabbat Service led by Rabbi David Kornberg and Eph Rosenzweig. Feel the spirit of community as we sing, pray, and share stories under the stars.

 

Delicious Shabbat Dinner (7:15 PM): Click here to register for the dinner Enjoy a mouthwatering Shabbat dinner catered by Foodiz Kitchen, our in-house catering company. The menu features a delightful array of dishes (see menu below).

Dinner Information

Menu:

  • Flatbread & Challah
  • Hummus / Cauliflower with Tahini
  • Israeli Salad

Main Course:

  • Kale Waldorf: sweet baby kale, diced celery, granny smith apples, honey glazed walnuts, dried cranberries with toasted pecan aioli
  • Chicken Teriyaki: grilled chicken teriyaki, grilled pineapple topped with cilantro
  • Salmon: pan seared and slow roasted verlasso salmon with kaffir lime & meyer lemon aioli
  • Rainbow Lentil Rice: baked basmati rice, blanched multi color lentils with caramelized onions & parsley
  • Roasted Vegetables: charred baby peppers / roasted cremini mushroom / broccoli with lemon slices

Dessert:

  • Fresh Fruit Platter
  • Mix of Chocolate and Vanilla Cupcake

  • Table Sponsorship | $540 (Includes: A complimentary table seating up to eight guests of your choosing ~ 2 bottles of wine ~ Signage recognition as a Table Sponsor ~  A tax-deductible gift of $252 to Congregation Beth Am.)
    As a table sponsor you are eligible for a Shabbat Gift box from JNF.
