We never want finances to be a barrier to membership.  If you cannot afford membership fees as structured please fill out our Special Considerations form below and we will try and accommodate your financial situation.  
Special Considerations Fiscal Year: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025

Special Consideration Funds will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once our Special consideration funds have been exhausted, we will no longer be able to accommodate any requests. 


All information provided and all communication will be strictly confidential to protect both the family and the integrity of the Special Considerations process.  We, who are entrusted with the responsibility of according financial assistance, will do so in a fair, equitable and transparent manner.​​​

Please read the following stipulations prior to filling out the form. By "submitting" the form, you have agreed:

  1. Special Financial Consideration applies to member dues, debt service fund, and Jewish Learning Center (JLC) Tuition.  No reduction can be considered for Early Childhood Center, Sabra/Hebrew for Credit, textbooks and supplies fees, Bar/Bat Mitzvah Tutor fees.

  2. All forms must be filled out COMPLETELY, and signed by all applicant individually in order for your application to be processed.

  3. Invoices and monthly statements showing amounts due and due dates will be mailed or emailed to you.

Please Note: 
If you are only filling out for Membership & Annual Dues or Jewish Learning Center, Section III, you just need to reenter the total amount requesting to pay for the Special Consideration. If you are requesting for both membership & annual fees and Jewish Learning Center, you will add the 2 sections up for a grand total of what you are requesting to pay.

In this section, you will be requesting how much you would like to be deducted from your membership:
A - Choose the type of Membership and/or Debt Service Fund and/or security fee
B - How much you are requesting to be deducted
C - The total amount you are requesting to pay
Please note that Young Single, Young Couple and Associate members only need to pay for the security fee.
Insert the amount you are asking to be deducted from the total amount of your membership fee.

In this section, you will be requesting how much you would like to be deducted from your Jewish Learning Center Tuition:
A - Adding in the number of students attending JLC & which grades
B - How much you are requesting to be deducted from JLC tuition
C - The total amount you are requesting to pay for JLC Tuition
   Kindergarten + 1st Grade ($1,269 per child)
   2nd - 6th Grade ($1,873 per child)
Insert the amount you are asking to be deducted from the total amount of your JLC tuition.
(A) - (B) = (C)
Example:
(A) 1 Child in 1st Grade + 1 Child in 3rd Grade = $3,142
(B) Requesting - $1000 off of total tuition

(C) Write in the box above: $2,142

Add Section I (C) & Section II (C) together to get the GRAND TOTAL.
Please add to TOTAL cost you are requesting to pay. If you are only requesting a deduction for membership or Jewish Learning Center, just enter in the number from part C of that section.

Please note that we have a certain amount of funds allocated to Special Considerations, please take that into consideration when you are requesting financial help. High Holy Day tickets will be mailed to your home (unless ordered after 9.23.24)
High Holy Day tickets are included for you and your immediate family (members of your household) with your membership. You can purchase tickets for other members of your family & friends (please see below).
   Adult Guest (ages 13 yrs +): $330
   Child Guest (2 - 12 yrs): $130
   Full Time Student (current school ID required): FREE
   Active Military Duty (Military ID required): FREEThese are tickets for those who are not in your immediate family. 
Book of Remembrance 5785

A tribute gift is a beautiful and meaningful way to honor someone and we are so grateful to be the recipient of this kind gesture. We are inspired by acts of loving kindness and tzedakah from our congregants. Thank you for believing in the work that we do and allowing us to continue to lead our congregation with passion and love for our community and our shared traditions. Thank you for your support!

Submit your loved ones names for the Book of Remembrance by October 1st. Submissions received between now and September 25th will be included in the booklet which will be handed out at the Yizkor service. Any submissions received between September 25th and October 1st will be included in the online Book of Remembrance only.

Please note: The names of all our Beth Am loved ones will be listed in alphabetical order (not attached to your name) in the back of the Book of Remembrance.
